On a small sloping site overlooking a quiet spot on the North Harbour, the DB House is a contemporary home spanning over 3 floors. This project involved the demolition of the existing 2 level home and excavation of the site before building a new 5-bedroom contemporary home.
DB House is constructed of concrete slabs, steel structure with black painted timber, a detailed central skylight allows light to travel down 3 stories through a series of voids.
